Singapore 2018 SFC修行 coffee JGC修行

来月、JGC修行で訪れるシンガポールのコーヒー屋について調べてみました！

東南アジアのコーヒー文化中々色濃いです。温暖な国なのでどうなのかな、なんて思っていましたが沢山ありました。コールドブリューも沢山あったのでついつい買ってしまいそうです！

Our cozy bar is already churning coffee even before anything at Amoy Street opens! With just the right amount left, our current coffee line-up is bidding it's farewell as our new coffees are aging well and ready to be served come Monday morning. While we're still focused on acidity and sweetness, our team has prepared two single origins to run on the hoppers this round! In such a small and niche approach we take, we'll be delving deeper into our core product. One of the single origins is from such a small harvest, we're not sure if it will last through the 6-week stint in the hopper.
